Absolutely nothing.
We arrived for Coachella Weekend 2. We are a group of young girls all working professionals that booked this hotel based on its trustworthy name and facilities. Whilst staying here the first 2 night the room next to ours had to be kicked out because they partied until the early hours of the morning (7am). Then staying at this hotel the 3rd night we had our room ransacked. Passports, cash, electronics, clothing, bags, makeup bags, toiletries and everything down to our dirty underwear was taken. What was even more disgusting is there was no sign of forced entry and when we have asked staff for help there was no help given. We had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door the entire time of our stay and this was removed. ALL OF OUR KEYS were on us at the time of this robbery. We believe it is the hotel staff. They have stolen over $10,000 worth of items and cash. Not only was our room victim there were 6 other rooms on the same evening that had no signs of forced entry and passports and all valuables were taken. We are working with the police and have evidence that supports claims that this is inside work. If anyone else was subject to this please do not hesitate to get in contact with me. I will not be leaving this country (I don't have a passport to do so) until this is sorted. The staff made out as if we had lost one of our keys and somehow found it- which is bull- because WE ALL HAD OUR KEYS and this was all too perfectly planned. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! The men that worked in this hotel harassed me personally and followed me down into the elevator; DO NOT STAY HERE FEAR FOR YOUR SAFETY!

Brand-new and new-fashioned rooms with a balcony and a nice view, as example, UNBEATABLE location. Fast check-in, parking onsite.

The rooms are really modern, clean, and spacious. I appreciated the USB ports available for charging and the amenities available, such as laundry facilities, exercise room, and the pool. It was a really nice room for not a lot of money.
The exercise room is a little small and they don't offer complimentary breakfast.

great staff and super clean lobby area.
The pool was disgusting. Cloudy with trash and debris in it. Whenthe pool maintenance staff was informed they never cleaned until the following day. bad carpet odor as if there was a restroom flood and the carpet wasn't shampooed & dried properly.

Clean and the maintenance crew responded quickly to a small leak in toilet tank. All was professional and happy to help.
There was a resident (when I asked about her behavior I was told she lives there)there who obviously had some severe personality problem and or mental illness or addiction who kept me up and also made many of us uneasy. She was combative and disturbing. While I understand mental illness I doubt I would stay there again as it was disruptive to sleep and visit.

Location to everything that we did on our trip was convenient
Tv was terrible. Half the channels didn't work, and the ones that did were blurry. Also, this wasn't totally their fault (we checked in a little late) but they put us in a handicap friendly room. Shower was not typical, not necessarily a deal breaker. Lastly, the room always had a strange odor to it.

Nice Stay with Solid Amenities
The front desk staff were super friendly and helped me with all my qs. The room was clean and comfy. The bistro had some tasty food. One thing though, the noise from the hallways was kinda distracting at times.

The bed felt really comfy, and the space of the hotel room was amazing. Everything in the hotel was better than I thought it would of been. Definitely would stay there again!
Clean the pool and jacuzzi, a lot of leafs and dirt in them.

Liked location, grounds and overall style.
Staff was aloof. They were not knowledgeable about certain things. For example, the bartender had no cranberry juice and thought maybe the merchandise area did. Checkout person was unable to give me a receipt when I paid in cash for my room that was booked on a credit card. I had to ask him to write a note on my bill and sign it. Small things but made me feel that they couldn't care less about their job...or me!

Staff was very nice.
The room had a weird smell. Also the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were unusable. It's sad because it really effected my work the next day.

The hotel was fairly clean and incredibly beautiful, had particularly nice views to mountains fro parking lot. The room we had was nicely furnished and good sized. It included central heating, TV set and tea/coffee making equipment, and the design itself was modern. Very dedicated and knowledgeable staff that assisted us during check-out, which was unquestionably a plus.
No issues.

The Staff were excellent and very accomodating, the rooms were well equipped with everything we needed and the facilities on site were great too! (pool and gym etc) They also have a cafe on site for breakfast if you wish to purchase foods which was handy!

main floor was the new updated version and appeared comfortable and organized. location next to an Applebee's was convenient. nice pool area.
guessing this was built as something else and converted, but not well enough. elevators were hidden in what appeared to be service rooms with no markings in hall, carpeted hallways of the hotel were either filthy or badly worn, bathroom, especially the sink area was ridiculously small.
